iyogi complaints form, top consumer complaints series….iyogi off late is doing some serious makeover. But the good thing is the end beneficiary of these initiatives by iyogi will be common users like us. Just like the iyogi complaints form (for registering customer complaints) waged a battle against mediocrity, the complaint series appears to be leading a battle against common computer issues. I am keen to know what iyogi has in store in future.

I have a router by a prominent brand but ever since I have bought it, I have been facing one issue or the other. Topping the list is connection issues which goes on and off involuntarily. Internet speed is also on the lower side and I mostly have to make do with slow speed. In the circumstances, this article has been a breath of fresh air and I now also know a thing or two about routers and router issues. Thanks iyogi. I have been hearing about you and the iyogi complaints form; sounds really interesting! I would love to subscribe your services.

The ‘Top five customer complaints’ makes for interesting read, but still I feel that there is room to make it even more interesting. It nonetheless should prove to be a handy reference point for PC users who want a quick brief on common PC issues. Parents with children tend to limit their children’s access to unreliable and malicious sites using parental controls. Being a parent myself, I would appreciate if you could elaborate on this topic on your next issue.

I didn’t have to wait for long to get an opportunity to use the iyogi complaints form, but when I did use it, it got things rolling real quickly. I hadn’t expected it. Being a customer I like their services, but there are times when I can be very demanding and get pissed of even more quickly. That day the technician was working on a booting issue on my system, but somehow things were not getting done on time. Do I have to tell, I ended up posting a complaint on the complaints form. The next thing that I know is that I got a call from a senior customer service member apologizing for any trouble that they may have caused me and promised me to do everything they can to help me. I was almost blown away at their promptness and customer service values. This guy even then did a free PC scan for my computer, which was not a part of my annual plan. I can only profusely than iyogi!

The top five complaints series is interesting stats, but I am eager to add my own suggestions to it. Take for example the ‘Top Five Printer Issues Users Face with Printer Installation. According to this list, improper port configuration is one of the major reasons dogging printer installation. I don’t seem to agree on this, because it is the 0x000006 ERROR which has been causing me constant trouble lately. Whenever I connect my Vista system to the printer, this error appears. I have tried different troubleshooting measures, but there has been no respite. What is complicating matters is I am not sure whether it is due to a hardware or device driver issue. You can assume I am in a difficult situation. So, the next time you people prepare a top five list, do remember to include it. The complaints form is otherwise a good effort by iYogi because it deals with the latest PC problems. The remote tech service provider now even has a complaints forum, the iYogi complaints forum, where customers can register their take on the company’s services. Not bad. I have been hearing about iYogi for some time now, that their technicians have an Indian accent, but that they are very patient and good at their job. I must start exploring this option seriously, among others, to get my computer up and running……..!!

The top customer complaints makes sense, for it will help iYogi get the drift as to what plagues remote tech support services the most. With the arrival of the top-five list, there will be better chance of getting proper and fast resolution to similar services in the future. And yes, it has been rightly put that customer complaints play a major role in making a company better. Add to that the iYogi complaints form that the company has started recently, and you get a responsible and eager group of individuals waiting to serve you. The brief details about what plagues a common user as explained here is also worth a read. Keep up the good work!

I am happy that iYogi has come out with a top five customer complaints list. This clearly shows that iYogi is not just callously going about doing its business and minting money. To come up with a top five list, it has to do extensive research of all the complaints that it has in its database; for the uninitiated, you can just register you complaints on the iYogi complaints form. What is even more impressive is that iYogi has gone forward and made them public so that customers have a fair idea what is going on in the name of remote tech support. Many times customers feel that they are given a raw deal, but with the release of the list, they will realize that iYogi is trying to figure out what has lead to the germination of these complaints in the first place. They are not willingly seeking our support and we should oblige.
