However, what i think is that it could have been made much better. Instead of just pointing out the common issues, if it would have been much better if the burning topic of online scams and phishing should also have been included in this write-up. It's these scams that people should be more alert of as they keep on popping up in different forms and shapes. And even antivirus and other security solutions too cannot detect them. I hope the next issue of this will cover the issue and enlighten us.

Re: Top Five Consumer Complaints

A very useful article. I too normally come across problems in connecting my printer to my PC and my laptop. Sometime my lappy refuse to recognise my printer. Every time I connect it it first install the driver and then connects. I contact iyogi tech support, and the technician on the other end helped me in installing the correct drivers. Since that day, i have never faced any problem. Well done iyogi...

Re: Top Five Consumer Complaints

iyogi complaints form gave voice to my thoughts… I wanted some improvements in iyogi’s tech support. To fix the problem, I called up iyogi. Two of their technicians worked hard on my computer. I think the problem was big enough - they took 2 hours to fix it. The accent was a bit hurdle, but I was thrilled to see their professionalism, patience, and their ability to solve the problem. I was so impressed that I ended up buying their one-year subscription. Maybe that is something that can be worked on. Otherwise, your services are truly a value for money.
